Prime International Oil And Gas Company

Prime International Oil and Gas Company is a joint venture between Hub Power Holdings Limited (HPHL) and ENI Pakistan’s Local Employees. It aims to further diversify HUBCO’s portfolio into oil and natural gas exploration, field development and production. Prime owns several gas fields located in Zone II and III, Sindh.

Prime is the operator of Bhit, Bhadhra and Kadanwari gas fields. The other gas fields of Prime include Zamzama, Bitro, Jugan, Latif, Miano, Mitha, Saqib and Thal.

The Prime International Oil & Gas company also owns four Gas Processing Plants of Bhit, Kadanwari, Sawan and Zamzama.

Prime is pursuing organic growth opportunities in owned assets as well as potential growth opportunities in new fields based on government auctions. The core objectives of the company will be to work towards building a future where Pakistan develops its own indigenous sources of energy, and everyone can access energy efficiently and sustainably.
